How the Church is Responding

With over 115,000 Haitian Nazarenes, responders on the ground are working diligently to provide relief and comfort to the Haitian people. Nazarene Compassionate Ministries in the Caribbean is partnering with various organizations including Heart to Heart International and World Vision to immediately mobilize skilled and experienced disaster response teams. General Superintendent J.K. Warrick has sent out a call for help saying: "I plead with [Nazarenes] to respond with prayers, financial gifts, and other types of assistance as may be appropriate."

How You Can Help

Pray

Please pray for all Haitians but especially for those who are missing, need food and water, or have lost loved ones. Please also pray for the safety of those involved in the disaster response efforts.

Give

After prayer, the best way you can help is by contributing financially. Your contributions are needed in order to provide people with emergency supplies and assistance including food, water, and shelter.
