Licensed Counselors Needed
"The Nazarene response to the physical needs of those affected by
Hurricane Katrina has been overwhelming. We thank you for your generosity
to respond with the love of Christ in this time of need. No matter
how great the physical damage, the emotional needs will be equally
if not more pressing. Nazarene Disaster Response is organizing counseling
services for Katrina Survivors, many of whom are currently in regions
without Red Cross or other Mental Health Resources. We are looking
for licensed counselors who can donate a week to go and provide services.
Requirements: Licensed Mental Health Professional or Pastoral Counselor.
Please contact Dr. Phil Budd, NDR Crisis Counselor Coordinator if
you can volunteer for this essential service. 405-491-6656 or pbudd@snu.edu."
