Printable Version

Thirty seven elderly people with no home, no family, and barely enough food to survive, live in a dimly lit, all but forgotten building behind a hospital in Bucharest. They have no heat in the winter. But Rosie, Dan, and Donia are now bringing them food and hope through Jesus Christ.

Lovetta spent two years in an Ohio prison. She found acceptance, love, and hope from Pastor Jan and Rachel’s House in Columbus.

A tornado ripped through Liberty, Missouri. MidAmerica Nazarene University students served in the clean up efforts, offering a literal hand of Christ to this community.

Nevu is a young girl who lives on the streets of Antananarivo in Madagascar. She lives surrounded by crime, poverty, hopelessness, and despair. She has found hope in this darkness at the Friends for Christ compassionate ministries center. At the center she receives an education, medical treatment, Biblical training, nutritional meals, and the love of Christ.

In Mejoramiento Social, Dominican Republic many of the children cannot afford to pay school fees or even purchase their uniform. Through a compassionate community outreach, the Colegio Evangelico del Nazareno is able to offer uniforms, tuition assistance, and a future in the name of Jesus.

Cindy is one of more than a million people infected with HIV in Thailand. Raising her two children by herself, she was frightened, ashamed, and alone. She found courage, dignity, hope, and Jesus Christ through The New Life for Thai compassionate ministry. Through this ministry, she was also taught a trade skill to provide support for her family.

These are great messages of hope that are possible through God’s grace and your prayers and support. Would you be our messenger? Would you share this message with your church? Would you let them know that lives are being transformed, hope is renewed, health is restored, and the Kingdom is receiving new children through their continued partnering with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries? NCM recognizes that you and your church empower this ministry through your prayers, personal involvement, and monetary gifts. Thank you. Truly, you are Nazarene Compassionate Ministries.
